We are very glad to sponsor the most essential medical
equipment for 4 village heath centers effected by Typhoon Yolanda in
Tacloban, Philippines. When the typhoon devastated the island of
Tacloban, most of the medical centers were damaged or destroyed and
they lost all their equipment.
At the request of the Venerable Bhante Wimala, we provided
the funds to the Triple Gem Society for the purchase and distribution of
the equipment. The package included a wheel chair, pair of crutches,
weighing scale, blood pressure monitor and stethoscope.
